Airport spring bin wall unit

The challenge

The growth of complimentary newspaper units across the UK’s airport network has been dramatic in recent years, with free newspapers and magazines now available at airport gates the length of Britain from Gatwick to Glasgow, pioneered by ATL. Such has been the success that the Aberdeen Airport initiative required extended spring bins to accommodate a greater number of newspapers than previously held.

The brief

Increase the offering of newspapers within each spring bin by 20-25%, while retaining the previous style and format and delivering the unit in the Aberdeen Airport corporate colours and logo.

The result

Increased quantities of newspapers available at hand height in a bespoke Aberdeen Airport unit, all delivered and installed within the strict airport guidelines.
